To log in to cPanel you need three things: the address, your username and your password. This page explains what each one is and where to find it. If you only want to open cPanel, the quickest route needs none of them — see how to access cPanel.

Your username

It is generated automatically when the account is created, using the first letters of your domain — a domain such as minhaempresa.co.mz produces a username like minhaemp. It never changes, even if you later change the domain.

To see it:

1. Sign in at Meu MozOut
2. Open Services → My Services and click the hosting plan
3. The username appears in the account details, next to the server name and the disk space in use

Your password

It was sent in the New Account Information e-mail, delivered when the hosting was activated. For security we do not keep a readable copy, so it cannot be resent — but you can set a new one whenever you like.

Server and ports

Normally you only need your own domain. The server address is useful when the domain is new and the DNS has not propagated yet, or when configuring an external tool.

The exact name of your server — and its IP address — appear on the service page in Meu MozOut, and in the welcome e-mail.
