How to access cPanel Control Panel?

cPanel is the control panel where you manage everything in your hosting account — files, e-mail accounts, databases, backups, subdomains and SSL certificates. There are three ways to reach it, and the first one does not require you to remember any password.

METHOD 1 From your Client Area — recommended

No password needed. You log in once to your MozOut account and jump straight into cPanel.

  1. Sign in at Meu MozOut
  2. Open ServicesMy Services
  3. Click the hosting plan you want to manage
  4. Press the Login to cPanel button

This is the safest route: the session is created automatically and your cPanel password is never typed anywhere.

METHOD 2 Directly through your domain

Open one of these addresses in your browser, replacing yourdomain.com with your own domain:

https://yourdomain.com/cpanel
https://yourdomain.com:2083

You will be asked for your cPanel username and password.

METHOD 3 Through the server address

Use this when your domain is new, was just transferred, or the DNS has not propagated yet — it works regardless of where your domain is pointing:

https://srv1.mozout.co.mz:2083

If your account is hosted on a different server, the exact address is written in your welcome e-mail.

Where do I find my login details?

Your cPanel username and password were sent in the New Account Information e-mail, delivered the moment your hosting was activated. Search your inbox for that subject.

Lost the e-mail or the password?
Log in to your Client Area, open the hosting service and use Change Password to set a new cPanel password immediately — no need to contact support.

The DNS is still propagating, which can take up to 24 hours. Use Method 3 in the meantime.
