Today, Monday, 14 September 2026, between 23:15 and 00:15 on Tuesday, 15/09, Mozambique time, we will carry out scheduled maintenance on one of our hosting servers. It should take about 1 hour, and we picked the quietest hour of the day on purpose.

How it will go

1 From 23:15 to 00:15 (already Tuesday, 15/09), Mozambique time — about 1 hour.
2 If you have a service on that server, your website, e-mail and cPanel may be unavailable.
3 When it is over, everything comes back on its own. There is nothing you need to do.

Why

This is a technical intervention by our team to improve the service. Work like this is done from time to time so the server keeps answering as it should — and it is done at night, when almost nobody is working, precisely so that it goes unnoticed.

Do you keep mail on that server? Messages sent to you during the window are not lost: they queue on the sender’s side and arrive as soon as the service is back. There may be a few minutes of delay afterwards, while the queue drains.

What you should do

Nothing is required. But if you would rather avoid surprises:

• If you have a scheduled task (cron) set for that hour, move it to another time today.

• If you were planning to publish or update the site tonight, do it before 23:15 or after 00:15.

• If you sell online, do not schedule campaigns for that hour.

Only some services are affected. This notice goes to every client, but it only affects those with services on the server under maintenance. Any other services you have with us keep running as usual.

After the maintenance

From 00:15 onwards everything is back. To be sure, open your site and send a test message to one of your mailboxes. If something is not right — the site does not open, mail does not come in, cPanel refuses your login — talk to us and we will look at it with you.
